About Free PDF Page Tools

Free PDF Page Tools makes it easy to organize PDF documents without installing desktop software. Use the merge option to combine multiple PDF files into one document, split a PDF into separate files by page ranges, delete unwanted pages, extract selected pages into a new PDF, or rotate pages that appear sideways or upside down. The tool is designed for common document tasks such as organizing reports, rearranging scanned paperwork, preparing study notes, and separating selected pages from larger files.

All selected PDF files are processed locally in your browser with a PDF library loaded from a content delivery network. The page code does not send your documents to a conversion server. For best results, use valid, unencrypted PDF files that your browser can read. Very large documents may require more memory and processing time, depending on your device. If a PDF is password-protected or damaged, processing may fail unless you provide an accessible, unprotected copy.

How to Use Free PDF Page Tools

  1. Choose Merge, Split, Delete, Extract, or Rotate from the PDF Tool menu.
  2. Upload your PDF file or files. For merging, select multiple files and arrange their order before processing.
  3. For split, delete, or extract operations, enter the required page numbers or ranges. Examples include 1-3,5,8-10. For splitting, separate each output group with a semicolon, such as 1-3;4-6;7-9.
  4. For rotation, choose 90°, 180°, or 270°. Leave the page range blank to rotate all pages.
  5. Click the action button and wait for the output file or files to be prepared.
  6. Use the download buttons to save the finished PDFs to your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I merge multiple PDF files?

Yes. Choose Merge PDF Files, select two or more PDFs, and the tool combines them in the order shown in the selected-file list. You can move files up or down before merging.

How do I split a PDF into separate files?

Choose Split PDF into Separate Files and enter each group of pages separated by a semicolon. For example, 1-3;4-6;7-9 creates three PDFs when those pages exist in the source document.

Can I delete or extract specific pages?

Yes. Use page numbers and ranges such as 2,4-6. Delete removes those pages from the output, while Extract creates a new PDF containing only the selected pages.

Can I rotate only certain pages?

Yes. Choose a rotation angle and enter the page numbers or ranges. Leave the range blank if you want to rotate every page in the PDF.

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

The tool processes the selected files in your browser. The PDF library is loaded online, but the document files themselves are not uploaded by this page to a conversion server.

Why did my PDF fail to process?

The file may be damaged, encrypted, unusually large, or unsupported by the browser library. Try a valid, unprotected PDF and consider processing large files in smaller parts.
